The tool features a 3-prong spring-loaded heavy-duty claw designed to grip debris during retrieval tasks. The jaws remain open to capture debris and close with a pull of the rope through a positive locking mechanism.

There is debris that rain pushes at the edge of culver pipe such as roots, cans, plastic bags and various parts found in the sewer line maintenance so I use a ladder to get level and use this grabber to the small debris out then use the sewer jetting hose to remove the grit . Much easier on my back so that I don't have to broom after the sewer jetting!
